We are a Cottage Industry located in lovely Boise, Idaho. We are Animal Friendly! No animal products are used in the fabrication of any of our items. All our products, except for T-shirts, are handcrafted.
Our Gemstones: Are natural, unless other wise indicated. The Alchemists Vessel uses quality semiprecious gemstones and natural wood and glass beads; no plastic materials are used in the fabrication of our items. Gemstone Beads range in grade from A to C, unless other wise noted. We attempt to use A to B Grade Natural Gemstones only. Our Pearls are Natural Fresh Water with an A to B- Grade. We accept Personal Checks or Money Orders as well as Visa, Master and Discover Cards and Pay Pal at this time. Due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to accept Credit Card payments at Expo locations, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are working diligently to rectify this situation. All payment and customer information is private. The Alchemists Vessel will never sell or share your information in anyway via any vehicle with outside entities, business or private
Our Policy: If your Zodiaccessory ever breaks, we will repair it for free, for the life of the piece or as long as you, the original buyer, owns it. All parts and pieces must be returned, unless lost (lost parts must be listed), to The Alchemists Vessel with a note explaining what needs to be repaired and a Self addressed stamped envelope or package suitable for returning your item to you once repair or replacement is complete.
Shipping: All shipping will be done via USPS (US Postal Service) on a per order basis in Flat Rate packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping and return shipping charges for each order placed. The Alchemists Vessel is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
